Helen Rita teaches mind & body therapeutic Thai Yoga as a way to relieve stress and help her clients feel lighter and renewed with the beautiful White Mountains as a backdrop.

Helen’s Yoga are suitable for everyone – including those 55 years and up! If you’re new, she offers private session to help you find the confidence you need to get you going. She also offers private Pilates apparatus assisted workouts for all abilities and fitness levels. She teaches Restorative or Yin style of yoga as well as in a Subtle flow which is endorsed by health care professions as a mind-body practice at an affordable price.
