Job Description: Maintenance work to include Painting, drywall, appliance replacement, Pool and hot/tub maintenance, Trouble shooting maintenance issues, Able to follow directions General Building maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time, No Less Than 35 Hours Per Week

Expected Schedule: Monday thru Friday, Weekends as Needed

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
