Love Waterville Valley? Want to feel like a hero by helping visitors discover all that Waterville Valley has to offer in the warm weather months. Spend this summer in an outdoor ‘office’ at Waterville Valley’s Town Square. The Waterville Valley Resort Association is seeking friendly and outgoing full and part-time staff for its seasonal Information Booth. You will greet and engage with vacationers, visitors and residents, and provide them with resort and community information. The ideal candidate will provide guests with a warm greeting, contribute to an overall pleasant guest experience, and provide information about Waterville Valley resort amenities, including recreation venues, dining, shopping, activities and events, and information about regional attractions. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and some early evenings from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend. Waterville Valley Resort Association is an “at will” equal opportunity employer.
Greet and welcome guests in Town Square
Know what activities and events are available in Waterville Valley and the region
Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
Understand guest’s needs and provide them with solutions by suggesting activities and facilities
Generate interest in Waterville Valley products
Outgoing, well-spoken and engaging personality
Polite, confident and patient
A ‘can-do’ attitude and desire to learn
Knowledgeable about Waterville Valley activities, recreation venues, restaurants, and area attractions
Ability to work independently
