Winter Wonderland There's no truth to the rumor that Waterville Valley invented winter. But there's also no disputing that we've perfected it. It's not just that we get more snow than most places, but it's also the season where you get to play like a kid regardless of age. Go skiing or snowboarding. Explore the backcountry on snowshoes. You can even practice the fine points of snowman construction. There's no limit to what you can do. |

Shakespeare in the Valley
Shakespeare in the Valley offers thrilling and entertaining fare for all ages in an interactive style, evocative of Shakespeare's time. Actors often speak directly to the audience and the audience (in turn) is not only encouraged but expected to respond in turn! Renaissance staging techniques are used, which are unique to very few companies in the world. The result is a visceral, thrilling, fast-paced and exciting evening that guarantees you'll walk away with a new view on Shakespeare. Photos provided by Shakespeare in the Valley. |
